Registration is a double process:

Scientific preregistration in this Indico server at the UCM (see the bottom of this page), as a first step.

Complete your registration and pay the Conference Fee with possibility of including accommodation through Pacifico Agency link:

You need to fill both for your registration to be valid.
We have kept the requested data at a minimum. Your name and affiliation will be made publicly available in this server for scientific networking purposes. You may withdraw this information in the exercise of your rights, by message or email to the conference organizers. Your registration will be terminated and all information erased from our server. We will not maintain a hidden participant list.
A registration fee is set as follows.
Registrations prices shown below are valid until April 16.
Starting from April 17 there is a penalty of 100€.
REGISTRATIOIN IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENTS ARE PERFORMED. IN ORDER TO BENEFIT FOR EARLY REGISTRATION PLEASE COMPLETE THE PAYMENTS BY APRIL 16
A) Regular fee with accommodation:
300 € conference fee + 390€ accomodation (Check-in on Sunday, check-out on Friday, breakfast and lunches included) for individual-use room with bathroom at Casa E. S._José, El Escorial (same building as the conference).
The fee includes conference costs, coffee breaks, conference dinner, lunches, excursion.
B) PhD students with accommodation:
200 € conference fee + 390€ accomodation (Check-in on Sunday, check-out on Friday, breakfast and lunches included) for individual-use room with bathroom at Casa E. S._José, El Escorial (same building as the conference).
The fee includes conference costs, coffee breaks, conference dinner, excursion.
If you have an accompanying person (accommodation and/or dinner) or any particular request please send an email to the organizers.
Do not respond to any accommodation proposals, check that the email belongs
to the organization and not to third parties.
