Registration is a double process:

Scientific preregistration in this Indico server at the UCM (see the bottom of this page), as a first step.

Complete your registration and pay the Conference Fee with possibility of including accommodation through this link
You need to fill both for your registration to be valid.
We have kept the requested data at a minimum. Your name and affiliation will be made publicly available in this server for scientific networking purposes. You may withdraw this information in the exercise of your rights, by message or email to the conference organizers. Your registration will be terminated and all information erased from our server. We will not maintain a hidden participant list.
A registration fee will be raised to cover workshop costs. In line with earlier editions of this workshop, it will be contained to the minimum possible amount. It is set as follows. Late registrations may incur a penalty.
A) Regular fee with accommodation:
190 € conference fee + 98 €/day for individual-use room and full board
Includes conference costs, coffee breaks, proceedings, accommodation in one of our facilities, conference dinner, lunches and dinners
B) Basic (only fee, accommodation on your own):
300 € Includes: conference costs, coffee breaks, proceedings, conference dinner, lunches with the rest of the group. You book your own hotel.
If you have an accompanying person (accommodation and/or dinner) please send and email to secretariat-excited-qcd@fyg.ugr.es with copy to eqcd2026@ugr.es and we will book it and let you know how to proceed with the payment.
Before responding to any accommodation proposals, check that the email belongs
to the organization and not to third parties.
