A joint meeting among leading scientists from Russia, Portugal and Spain will take place in Madrid this October 7th-11th 2019. The purpose of the meeting is to strengthen the already existing collaborations and initiate new ones. It will be organised by IPARCOS (Instituto de Física de Partículas y del Cosmos), including members from the effective theories in modern physics group of Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

The previous edition (IV Russian Spanish Conference),  took place on 2017 in Dubna, Russia, and was organized by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.

The organization will cover the hotel and living expenses of a limited number of Russian participants.

Participants from the Iberian peninsula will be expected to pay a conference registration fee in line with that for other meetings.

We also note that a satellite workshop, Neutron Star Theory - Madrid, will be held during the last days of the Congress (10-11 October).
