We investigate finite b-mass effects arising from the bottom-loop in gluon-fusion Higgs production in the Higgs $q_T$ spectrum. We present prediction for the DIS 1-jettiness event shape $\tau_1^b$ with next-to-next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic (N$^3$LL) resummation.
